INVESTMENT LIQUIDATION AND MATURITY
In the event of either premature liquidation or the maturity of your investment, the following terms and conditions shall apply:

• Penalty on Accrued Interest: A penalty charge of 30% will be applied to all accrued interest.
• Withholding Tax: A withholding tax of 10% will be deducted from the accrued interest.
• Payment Processing Schedule:
  • Liquidation payments will only be processed within our designated payment window, which is from the 26th of the current month to the 10th of the subsequent month.
  • For instance, if your investment matures on April 11th, the payment will be processed between April 26th and May 10th.

Upon reaching the maturity date of your investment, our Investment Team will notify you of the specific payment date within the applicable window. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact our Investment Team.
